Noor Ahmed Gelal was born in 1977 in Bangladesh and took up photography in 2003. After completion of his graduation he completed a basic course on Photography. He participated in so many workshops under reputed photographers: Hasan Saifuddin Chandan, Dr. Rashidunnabi, Roman Bezjak, etc. His main interests in Pictorial photography, Social issues, Nature Photography, etc.

His works have been published in so many prestigious national/international newspapers, magazines and books like The Daily Star, The Star Insight, The Daily Samakal, ILO Pilot Survey Report 2010, Aday.org etc. His photographs also exhibited in Bangladesh, India, China, Indonesia and Thailand.

He was awarded different National Photo Contest of National Tourism Board Photo Contest Award 2010, Celebrating Life Award 2011 and 2013 from Bangladesh and Humanity Photo Award (HPA) from China 2013. Bangladesh www.pernimages.com
