Gay gauhri's fair is held as a tradition since 300 years ago in dahod district Gujarat state of india every year First people bath their cows and bullocks. After cleaning them, they decorate them with different colors and patterns. They also make animals crown with Peacock's feather and other decorative materials. They start their fair by worshipping their god. They take their animals to the outskirts of the village and create an atmosphere of fair. People lie down before cows-bullocks and let herd pass over them, thinking that their cattle do not get any harm throughout the year.
