Religious festivals are also a huge part of Bhutanese culture. Festivals like the Tse Chu and Tshechus are religious events where monks preform extravagant dances wearing beautiful clothing, in order to reconnect with the gods. The reconnection is said to provide good fortune for the time, bringing a good harvest and many more things! Celebrations like these ignite the community with music, dance and happiness.
