Nature / Kampar River


Kampar River or (Rod Kampar) is a river in Indonesia, tipped in Bukit Barisan around West Sumatra and empties into the east coast of the island of Sumatra Riau. This river is the junction of the two rivers which is almost as large, which is called the Kampar Kampar Right and Left. This meeting is at district Langgam (Pelalawan), and after the second meeting of the river is called the river Kampar River to its mouth at the Strait of Malacca. While the area around the river upstream of the water used for hydropower Koto Panjang which has a capacity of 114 MW.
