Culture / Wave of Tamborine

The Art of Tambourine, mostly called KOMPANGAN (in Malay language) is a Jambi traditional native music which combines dancing with the tambourine beat. These instruments are usually played simultaneously, and every tambourine has different tone from one another. The tambourine players always show attactive dance twisting like wave following the rythm of the percussion.
