This photograph was taken during Hola mohalla,the biggest congregation of Nihang sikh, a warrior clan established by Guru Gobindsing in 10th century to defend their people from enemy. Today Nihang are accorded great respect among the sikh community. During Hola Mohalla they are gathering in thousands with traditional attaire in Anandpursahib to show their martial skills,which is popularly known as Gatka.
