This is at the Manaw festival at Myitkyinar Kachin State.The most colourfl festival in Myanmar.It usually celebrate in December every year.All the Kachin Tribes gather in one of the town in Kachin State and celebrate the New Year.The traditional dances are perform for about 3 days and afferings of food are made.They invite some guest from other states and that is the time best for photographers.
