Thousands of Hindus in Central Java and Yogyakarta today do Tawur Kesanga in the eastern courtyard of Prambanan, Sunday (31/03/2014). Tawur grand event held the day before Nyepi Saka year 1936.
The event begins at 08:00 am preceded by a procession around the temple namely Pradaksina from left to right. It is intended to purify around the venue before the procession begins.
