A Ladakhi woman named Kungzang who work everyday as a farmer in Nubra valley, situated at a height of 10,000 ft or 3,048m asl. Nubra valley is not only presents the natural beauty of the mountains but the fertility of the soil and farming culture is still inherited until today. It is the largest fertile and beautiful village in Nubra valley covered with cluster of willows and poplar trees. Beside Barley , walnut, and almonds fruit trees, some of nature's most popular commodities are mustard (Ladakhi: Sarson) and Apricot which they plant it in turns by the season.
