Culture / Paddy Fields at Ubud, Bali

Although Bali is an island, I was surprised to learnt from a good friend that the people in Bali are and foremost, farmers. Paddy fields like this are fast disappearing as the tourism industry takes over, which is sad, as this speaks of the culture and the heritage of the people of Bali.
