This is one of the festival in Bengal, India, called Holi. The festival of colors. It is held in between March to April every year. Everybody is take part in this festival, i.e., play with colors. It's a symbol of love, youthfulness & culture. This picture was taken on that time, at Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata this year(2014).
