People / Traditional Fish Floss Maker


In Belitung, fish floss were made with traditional ways. It was started from cleaning the fish, dry it followed by cooking for 8 hours. During the cooking process, the workers need to shake the floss to make all the floss got the same taste and dry. The taste of the floss was good and tasty.
