Culture / Wamena Traditional Market

Pasar Baru is the biggest traditional market in Wamena, Papua. It is the center of trading in the city. Hundreds of people shop there everyday since almost all daily needs are sold here: vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish, clothes, hair ornaments, and even 'koteka' (Papuan traditional penis cord).
