Culture / Sea of Mourning

Thousand spectators were witnessing the royal cremation of Puri Ubud on 1st May 2013. The "Bade" that was towering to almost 25m height, was carried by few hundred men for almost 2.4 km away from Puri Ubud to the cemetery. The "bade" that is shown here is almost reaching its destination with thousands people also heading toward the cemetery.
