Mi letheg adalah makanan khas daerah Bantul,Yogyakarta ,terbuat dari tepung tapioka ,dan tanpa pengawet . Masih digiling secara tradisional ,yaitu dengan sapi . Dahulu memakai tenaga manusia . Tahun depan semua akan diremajakan,memakai mesin .
