The photo is taken during 'Ngarot' event. Ngarot is a traditional festival that held on Lelea village as a part of Indramayu district on West Java.The event is involving indigenous youth to participate in the ceremony, where the local village girls, which is still single and unmarried, crowned by flowers and grass on her head, as a symbol of purity. The girls who already crowned will be asked to touch the padi on the field that have just been planted for the hope that the crops will grow suceedly. This tradition has already been passed to generation by generation ........
